Mic Bot is a devoted student of the editing process. A close inspection of his work reveals a pursuit of rhythmic styles. He believes the precision point can always be found within the right tone and pitch.  Initially working in short form fiction, his early works explore odd and comic situations in the CanCon tradition of heroes like Guy Maddin, the SCTV Network, the Kids in the Hall and Ken Finkelman. Mic's second decade as an editor/producer moved largely towards documentary. Creating micro vessels of performances and interviews with a dynamic range of subjects. His scope of interests runs enthusiastically vast and he believes any subject worth pursuing qualifies to be crafted and delivered in the most suitably interesting and compelling way.
       

Alongside his video work, Bot has produced and hosted numerous live and broadcasted events over the last two decades.  Regularly featuring as a host and DJ on AM/FM radio in London, Toronto and Sackville, New Brunswick.
